Data Deletion Request

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains what we store and how to request its deletion.

What we store

When you message our WhatsApp business number, we store:

• Your WhatsApp phone number and WhatsApp profile name.
• The content of messages exchanged with us, and their timestamps and status.

How to request deletion

Choose either option:

• Email giorgiofragiacomo92@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, from or quoting the WhatsApp number you messaged us from.
• Or send us a WhatsApp message asking us to delete your data.

So we can verify the request, please send it from — or clearly identify — the phone number used to contact us.

What happens next

• We confirm receipt of your request.
• We delete your contact record and message history from our database, and instruct our service providers (e.g. our database and hosting providers) to do the same.
• We complete deletion within 30 days, except where we must retain certain data to comply with a legal obligation.
